Successfully managing transitions promotes important skills such as self-confidence and self-efficacy.

Transitions are always a challenge for children. They have to adapt to a new environment with new conditions. They leave their familiar caregivers and have to get involved with new people - build new bonds.

Cooperation with the IPS makes the transition from kindergarten to elementary school more relaxed for your children. This is why the children's previous caregivers (teachers) work together with the future caregivers (teachers). This gives the children the security they need to adjust to their new environment and establish new relationships.

Goals of the cooperation

The children have started their individual educational biography at the daycare center. The school would like to build on this and build on the skills and knowledge acquired by each child.

The daycare center and the IPS have an educational mission and want to provide the children with the best possible education. For this reason, they coordinate their pedagogical approach to shaping the transition.
