Active involvement in and for the children and parents in the KiTa in partnership with the management team, educator team and the organization responsible for the facility. It is important to think not only of your own child, but of the whole facility.
Parent cafés allow parents and teachers to exchange ideas in a relaxed and familiar atmosphere and thus promote a culture of dialog within the daycare center.
In cooperation with the Kreisjugendring Erzgebirge e.V., our parents' café started another cycle on August 21. Interested parents can meet at regular intervals to discuss a pedagogical topic in order to exchange information about their children's experiences in kindergarten, their development and upbringing and to strengthen parental parenting skills. During the parents' café, questions, individual situations and problems of the parents are taken into account.
When raising children, parents are constantly confronted with questions that are not easy to answer. In our Parents' Café, we would like to offer parents a basis for guidance on a wide range of developmental topics.
During the parents' café, the children were looked after by our teachers. This meant that the parents present were able to concentrate on the discussion without any time pressure. The parents' café was very well received by the parents. We are very much looking forward to further meetings.
